During BlackGenius Canada activities, events and sessions, we sometimes take photos or videos of member children. This form lets you authorize — or decline — their use, and specify in which contexts.
This authorization is entirely optional and does not affect your child's participation in our programs. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@blackgeniuscanada.org. See also our privacy policy.
